We continue our teaching in Matthew 18 regarding the parable of the Lost Sheep and addressing sin within the church. We once again discover the divine tensions that exist in the scriptures; in this case the tension between forgiveness and removing a person from the church. We must learn to embrace Christ and his teachings as they are presented within this divine tension; he is as much a lion as he is a lamb.
